We're hiring software engineers to help us improve primary care delivery. We are building a new kind of medical practice, one that leverages technology and design to provide a vastly improved physician and patient experience.

We are looking for a fullstack engineer to join our small engineering team, build features and experiment to grow our patient base. Our stack is built with React, Next.js , and Ruby / Rails. That being said, we believe in using the right tool for the job.

Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and maintain Web applications.
- Work in collaboration with the growth product manager and designer to create growth experiments.
- Setup data analytics to understand user behavior.
- Write secure, HIPAA-compliant software.
- Contribute to the engineering culture and hiring.

Requirements
- Excellent programming skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Ruby / Rails, Javascript / React, and HTML / CSS.
- Ability to create prototypes quickly.
- Experimental mindset, not afraid to throw away code of failed experiments.
- Experience shipping and maintaining a Web app in production.
- Good eye for design and ability to make product decisions.

Desired
- Previous experience in a growth team.
- BS, MS or PhD in computer science, math, or similar fields.
- In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Javascript, and React.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge of computer security.

Full-stack software engineer
Circle Medical is a startup funded by Y Combinator and Real Ventures, and affiliated with UCSF, one of the top 10 medical schools in the United States according to US News and World Report. We are reinventing family medicine by combining technology and artificial intelligence with the best physicians in the country to deliver a superior experience, more efficiently.

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our small team of engineers, design web applications and experiment to acquire new patients. Our apps use React, Next.js, and Ruby / rails. That being said, we believe in using the right tool for the job.
